    Would I recommend this place to others? No. Fabulous location with a great beach. Run down house (in my opinion) with a strange layout, including one bedroom without a door. Some rooms or areas are a step up or step down, without rhyme or reason (in my opinion). This place is overdue for an update, including the rusty bathroom fixtures and a kitchen drawer that doesn't open or close (just sticks out). Dishwasher that did not wash dishes. Towels that were threadbare or had holes. I thought a deep cleaning was overdue. I did send an email to the management company with these issues before I posted this review. No response.

    I had the exact opposite experience with the same agent at Fulhart insurance. Agent seemed knowledgeable, but as it turned out the flood insurance information we were given was incorrect and when trying to get it figured out the only way to get a response from him was to get his boss involved, every time. Very disappointed and moving our business elsewhere.
